Procore is a Business Analysts Best Friend
Pros

Being able to track and distribute multiple snags/punch lists in a Modular Build is a great advantage. I find it easy to adopt and quickly set up contractors and share tasks. The dashboard is easily comprehensible and provides live and valuable data.

Cons

As a user, I found the LMS to be driven by clients, so I may need to arrange additional on-site training under the contract.

EXCELLENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOL
Pros

It serves as a unified database for the entire construction administration process.

Cons

Occasionally, there are system glitches, which depend on how the admin sets up the system. If multiple individuals are assigned as priority reviewers for a submittal, it tends to get stuck instead of passing it on to the next office.

Cons

It can be a tad pricey, and it would be beneficial for users to receive proper training. Nevertheless, these are minor inconveniences.

Excellent Project/Document Management Software
Pros

Procore offers extensive customization options and allows you to add or remove modules according to your needs and preferences. The Drawing and Specification modules are excellent, and correspondence is continually improving. Punch Lists, Document Management, and Tendering are all well-executed.

It has a slightly different approach, and it takes a few weeks to become comfortable with it, especially if you're familiar with other similar products.
