As our employees transitioned to a hybrid work schedule, we needed a transparent way to track who was in the office and when. This was key for collaboration and safety purposes. Maptician does it for us

Cons

I am hoping for a feature that allows programming a repeating schedule. This is something that isn�t present yet. Also since I have a fixed weekly schedule, it would be convenient to block the calendar for a amount of time instead of doing it daily.

I love how effortless it is to create and edit maps. The ability to customize individual office spaces and seating charts really sets this product apart.

Cons

I would love to see additional desk and cubicle designs. it would be fantastic. and will go a step further by allowing reservations for cars and parking spots would elevate this product.

If you have hybrid or traveling employees Maptician will make your facilities planning much easier

Pros

Setting up the product was not a problem at all. thanks to its seamless integration with Microsoft Azure. The Maptician team efficiently converted our office drawings into a usable format at a reasonable cost. Moreover my success manager has been excellent at keeping us informed about new features.

Cons

I would like to say that it will be great if Maptician had user and admin documentation, along with change logs that outline new features as they become available.

Pros

The integration with Outlook is fantastic. Whenever a reservation is made employees receive a calendar invite. It is convenient to receive a link for the Pre-Screen survey and we can assign specific seats to employees.

Cons

I am fairly new to the software and still struggling a bit with the Assignments and Map Editor features.

Pros

Integrating this product into our business has proved to be very beneficial. Especially with our employees on a hybrid schedule and limited space. The ability to reserve workspaces has greatly improved efficiency and productivity.

Cons

It would be convenient to have a feature where you can schedule recurring workdays instead of manually doing it every week. Additionally a diagram explaining the different seat types would be helpful as it can sometimes be confusing. Apart from that the service is easy to use especially on mobile devices.

The setup was fast, customer support was great and both administrators and end users find it easy to use.

Having a dedicated mobile app with support for local notifications would be valuable.

Useful Software for Post Pandemic World

Pros

As an admin for this software in our company, I sometimes find myself navigating to the wrong section. However once I locate the correct section and get the hang of it, it proves to be useful.

Cons

The analytics and reports can be a bit confusing.

Excellent product with a solid support team.

Pros

There are too many advantages to list but some notable ones include the user-friendly interface, the mobile version for quick check-ins and the API connection to our Key-Card system for accurate presence reporting.

Cons

I don't have any major cons to mention. It would be nice if we could set a default dashboard for all users based on their access group.
