Flow have been great not only for a Manager perspective but also as a Developer one

Flow has been proven very helpful in gaining valuable insights from contributions, streamlining the process of exploring developers' commits. It not only facilitates smoother navigation but also acts as a great icebreaker for managers and developers during 1:1s. Moreover, Flow assists developers in monitoring their work performance effectively. They have consistently introduced numerous new features, including Team Health, which proves to be highly beneficial.

Cons

While Flow offers a visually appealing way to view metrics and contributions, I sometimes find the user interface and experience confusing initially. It's not always easy for developers and managers to quickly grasp the multiple metrics presented in the reports. Additionally, the UI/UX for managing developers can be confusing at first glance.

Pluralsight Flow has majorly enhanced my ability to optimize individual and team processes, ultimately leading to improved outcomes for our customers. I rely on Flow almost every day to coach individual contributors, as it provides valuable data highlighting areas that require improvement. By enhancing individual processes, we can elevate the overall team performance. The different reports in Flow allow me to quickly assess productivity and identify potential process issues early on.

I haven't come across much that I don�t like. I'm very satisfied with the data provided by Flow.

Flow offers visibility into our team's progress on tickets, enabling effortless tracking and resolution of operational tasks.

Cons

Unfortunately, I am unable to view my list of tickets integrated with Jira. It only displays the count. It would be better to show my tickets as a list, and clicking on them should redirect me to the corresponding Jira ticket to check its progress.

All are the great features of this product.

Cons

The reporting could be improved by offering multiple views for a team on the same chart or displaying data for multiple teams in a single chart. It would also be helpful to have percentiles for key metrics, as boundary conditions can affect and distort averages.
