Pros

It excels in medical billing, especially with its rapid ERA posting. When I post online, it instantly reaches every patient, and the system integration is seamless and well-organized.

Cons

A drawback of RCM Cloud is that when billing secondary claims, we have to handle it manually after posting the primary claim. Otherwise, everything works well.
