We have been able to manage employee benefits so well that we actually saved up our time to start working on some new features that were in the pipeline, such as performance-based bonuses. Uzio is pretty simple to use, but if there is someone from the staff who may lack access and/or technical abilities to manage the software, I can login on their behalf as an administrator and complete the tasks. I especially enjoy the reporting features, which allow me to run checks for employee benefits and make sure everyone is getting what they are promised, especially if it has to do with monetary benefits.

Cons

Since I work on it all the time, I naturally depend on it for my time tracking. Sadly, once I’ve been clocked in, I cant see what time it was except that the timer shows x amount of time. To keep an accurate track, I need to see when I arrived and when I logged in, along with the hours worked. But with Uzio, it’s simply not possible unless I end the session and then see that I’m just 30 minutes short of my shift.

I find it incredibly easy to use and getting information is a snap.

Without selecting an option, I can not go back or forward.

It would be beneficial to have a more detailed breakdown for the paystubs and a glossary explaining terms like "Employer Contributions DER and MER" that might be unclear to the average employee.

Accessing and using the portal is a cinch. The interface is self-explanatory and user-friendly.

I did not come across any significant drawbacks; overall, my experience was positive.

I love how easy it is to find tasks on the home page and how intuitive it is to use.
