Mindscope is an applicant tracking system (ATS) that tailors to both temporary staffing and permanent recruitment agencies. It also comes with an industry-specific CRM tool. The staffing and recruitment system is multilingual and supports multiple currencies. It integrates with email and has an Outlook Plugin

Mindscope offers features optimized for mobile, including integrated text messaging, Viber and Whatsapp messaging, and a mobile app. Mindscope’s Shaazam tool enables recruiters to grab a profile from a website and parse all highlighted details into their database

It also integrates with social media and all major job boards, allowing recruiters to post jobs directly through the system. When candidates apply, their details are automatically captured in the recruiters’ database. Mindscope’s advanced reporting functionality lets agencies strategize based on data-driven insights, such as which job boards generate the highest number of applicants.

Mindscope also offers a global sourcing tool, which lets recruiters make detailed searches within hundreds of job boards at once.
