When candidates apply, their details are automatically captured in the recruiters’ database. Mindscope’s advanced reporting functionality lets agencies strategize based on data-driven insights, such as which job boards generate the highest number of applicants.
Mindscope also offers a global sourcing tool, which lets recruiters make detailed searches within hundreds of job boards at once. The system allows 100 resumes at a time to be automatically parsed into the database. Recruiters can then use the pipeline management tool to move candidates through user-definable stages towards placement.
