What is UZIO?

Overview

UZIO is a cloud-based software that is suitable for small to medium-sized businesses and they provide HR, payroll, and benefits management services. This one-stop solution provides an intuitive self-serve portal for any company’s payroll, benefits, and HR needs.

This easy-to-use human capital management system helps with all the benefits, payroll, and HR tasks. The system is intuitive, secure, and fully integrated, making it interoperable. The key features of UZIO are its client portal, UZIO marketplace, business reporting, UZIO compliance, employee decision support system, mobile application, compensation statement, hiring and onboarding, and tracking time off.

Within the UZIO control hub, employee records are centralized across multiple platforms, keeping all the information in one place. The HR administrative tasks, record keeping, and compliance are all automated.

UZIO pricing: UZIO has a basic package which is a free version that they offer, whereas they also offer a premium version for which they do not provide the pricing on their website. To get the pricing for the Premium version, fill in the ‘Get Pricing’ form.

Free Trial: Yes, they offer a 30-day free trial, which required no credit card details.

Technical Specifications: It is cloud-based and supports all devices. They do not offer iOS and Android mobile applications.

“Simple but the mobile app interface is too small

Pros

I really appreciate how this tool makes tracking vacation days and getting approval so simple, no more complicated paperwork or confusing processes.

Cons

Mobile interface is clunky and really frustrating to use.

“above and beyond support

Pros

It is very user-friendly and getting it up and running was surprisingly quick. Customer support has been fantastic and they really go above and beyond to help us out.
