Simple but the mobile app interface is too small

Pros

I really appreciate how this tool makes tracking vacation days and getting approval so simple, no more complicated paperwork or confusing processes.

Cons

Mobile interface is clunky and really frustrating to use.

above and beyond support

Pros

It is very user-friendly and getting it up and running was surprisingly quick. Customer support has been fantastic and they really go above and beyond to help us out.

needs training video hub

Pros

Works perfectly for storing our HR documents and handling employee onboarding materials, plus the digital PTO management is really convenient.

Cons

It would be great if they hosted training videos and other materials to help with getting new team members up to speed.

The only HR assistant you’ll need

Pros

We have been able to manage employee benefits so well that we actually saved up our time to start working on some new features that were in the pipeline, such as performance-based bonuses. Uzio is pretty simple to use, but if there is someone from the staff who may lack access and/or technical abilities to manage the software, I can login on their behalf as an administrator and complete the tasks. I especially enjoy the reporting features, which allow me to run checks for employee benefits and make sure everyone is getting what they are promised, especially if it has to do with monetary benefits.

Cons

Since I work on it all the time, I naturally depend on it for my time tracking. Sadly, once I’ve been clocked in, I cant see what time it was except that the timer shows x amount of time. To keep an accurate track, I need to see when I arrived and when I logged in, along with the hours worked. But with Uzio, it’s simply not possible unless I end the session and then see that I’m just 30 minutes short of my shift.

Costly service failures

Pros

The pricing is really fair especially for features that other companies usually charge extra for.

Cons

Poor service quality with missed deadlines that resulted in tax penalties we had to cover ourselves. Customer support is absolutely awful and unhelpful when issues arise.

Everything is centralized

Pros

Having everything centralized for our entire team has been fantastic! Really manages our workflow when everyone can access what they need from one location.

Cons

Sometimes the time clock acts up for our hourly staff which can be frustrating when trying to track hours accurately.

a central hub

Pros

I appreciate having everything centralized, benefits, time off and other details are all right there. Another nice touch is how it automatically saves your progress when you're picking your benefits package.

Cons

Simple despite PTO quirk

Pros

Having used many different platforms in the past, what stands out to me most about this one is its remarkable simplicity. I find the interface user friendly and simple to use.

Cons

The way my PTO displays as negative while I'm still accruing time is really annoying and confusing.

a bit too expensive

Pros

Personally I find the interface really simple to use and it just makes sense. I don't have to waste time figuring things out.

Cons

The price point feels a bit steep for what you get. Some of the features don't work as smoothly as they should and when I've reached out for help, the support team's response time and helpfulness could definitely be better.

Good for a growing business

Pros

I appreciate how flexible this platform is and there are so many options available that it can scale right alongside my business as we expand. Being able to handle everything myself is a huge plus and I'm confident this will be our long-term payroll solution.

Cons

Its quite difficult to use at first though support is always available when I need help. Honestly I haven't found much to complain about, there seems to be a solution for everything.

Pros

It is incredibly easy to use and I'm impressed by how comprehensive the features are for our business. It covers everything we need for HR management perfectly.

Cons

Mobile version really falls short compared to the desktop site. Alot of features just don't work as well when your on mobile and it feels like a watered-down experience.

Overall good tool!

Pros

Enrollment process for next year's health insurance was very easy. I found the layout interactive and easy to use which made everything much simpler to complete.

Cons

Pros

I really appreciate how easy this is to use. Since English isn't my first language, I usually struggle with new software but the little question mark icons that pop up with explanations made everything so much clearer. The login process is smooth yet secure which gives me confidence using it.

Cons

Really wish it supported more international languages beyond just English and Spanish.
