“The only HR assistant you’ll need”
Pros
We have been able to manage employee benefits so well that we actually saved up our time to start working on some new features that were in the pipeline, such as performance-based bonuses. Uzio is pretty simple to use, but if there is someone from the staff who may lack access and/or technical abilities to manage the software, I can login on their behalf as an administrator and complete the tasks. I especially enjoy the reporting features, which allow me to run checks for employee benefits and make sure everyone is getting what they are promised, especially if it has to do with monetary benefits.
Cons
Since I work on it all the time, I naturally depend on it for my time tracking. Sadly, once I’ve been clocked in, I cant see what time it was except that the timer shows x amount of time. To keep an accurate track, I need to see when I arrived and when I logged in, along with the hours worked. But with Uzio, it’s simply not possible unless I end the session and then see that I’m just 30 minutes short of my shift.

The pricing is really fair especially for features that other companies usually charge extra for.
Cons
Poor service quality with missed deadlines that resulted in tax penalties we had to cover ourselves. Customer support is absolutely awful and unhelpful when issues arise.

I appreciate how flexible this platform is and there are so many options available that it can scale right alongside my business as we expand. Being able to handle everything myself is a huge plus and I'm confident this will be our long-term payroll solution.
Cons
Its quite difficult to use at first though support is always available when I need help. Honestly I haven't found much to complain about, there seems to be a solution for everything.
