Insights into opportunity areas are provided in real-time through a variety of intuitive tools which include heatmaps, sentiment analysis, benchmarks, trends, and more. All users also receive full access to a built-in recommendations library and automated action planning to help them know how to take the right actions on their data.
Support is available by phone, email, and online with documentation and tutorials. Customers also have access to a dedicated experience manager at no additional cost.
Pricing is a single one-time fee inclusive of all features and support, with the exception of outbound calling which incurs an additional fee.
