Good for small practices

Pros:
Practice fusion is great software, especially for small practices that have a smaller budget. This tool does the job and helps you save money as well. The tool is straightforward and user-friendly. It’s not much fancy but saves a lot in comparison to many other EHRs.

Cons:
Practice Fusion is not the most ideal EHR for optometry, albeit we found a way to make it work for us. It would be great if they add more practice management features to it.

Practice Fusion

Pros:
I like the filter feature, it helps me filter appointments by the provider, pending, canceled, or arrived. It lets us send email or text patient reminders, and we can also upload documents to files.

Cons:
It is a bit slow. It is unable to add multiple insurance cases the label of active or inactive. The uploaded files need to be approved from another screen. It also doesn’t add separate pinned notes. It would be great if they add a feature in which we can create new cases saving old insurances.

Smooth and seamless.

Pros:
It is easy to use and work our way through. It is simple, straightforward, smooth, and seamless. I’m a family medicine practitioner, and I enjoy using practice fusion. It is simple and clear.

Cons:
The support team is not very helpful through emails. Also, I don’t like the updates and changes that happen especially without any notification.

Practice Fusion

Pros:
I required a free software to get started, which helped me in. Albeit, there aren’t many features that apply to the chiropractic field. I had many other expenses so starting off with this software helped me a lot.

Cons:
The billing and clearinghouse that I had to use in my system were not easily integrated.

Small offices

Pros:
For a single or 1-2 team of providers, it's a great product. Anything bigger, then a stronger EHR / EMR system would be required. It is easy to learn and use. It was easy to train the providers on how to use the system.

Cons:
Lack of characteristics. Manipulating models, making reports, obtaining faxes, testing tests, etc. Only the providers experienced with PF can only set it up.

Easy

Pros:
No need for training. It is easy to learn and use. It is a very simple system. It is fast. Integrating with labs and radiology is pretty easy.

Cons:
Switching EHRs as we need more features that currently this EMR does not offer. They are a bit slow in putting new features into the system.

Satisfies

Pros:
It is a great tool, and I need to learn a lot of features to make better use of it. Since I've been working a lot with the charts. What I really like about the new visit is the simplicity of incorporating previous charts. Editing information and adding any new information is all I have to do. It relieves me of the trouble of re-typing all the same data, so it saves time.

Cons:
I failed to notice the patient that I needed to make a refill on medications for.

Not that great

Pros:
It is a good product for all that I require. It can be accessed through phone as well, which has adequate features that helps you get the job done. It is user-friendly. The price seems reasonable. Has the ability to customize. The support is robust at the beginning.

Cons:
The system isn’t intuitive. You would need a lot of practice. There aren’t as many collaborators as you’d like. The follow-up after the initial set-up is quite poor.

Practice Fusion

Pros:
There isn’t anything good about this system that I can talk about. We are able to submit unsolicited results for our clients, but fifty percent of the time they don’t even receive them.

Cons:
Our clients always keep complaining about the fact that the results they receive are half complete. They also face problem while filing results to the patient’s charts.
