Pros

The program is inexpensive and I find it easy to use.

Cons

I have noticed a lot of redundancy in the system like there are too many places where the same information can show up, depending on who entered it or how the practice works. It's not ideal and can definitely get confusing.

Pros

It was really good and really user-friendly. Training new staff was not a problem too because it's not at all complex. One of the best part is that it was free. And once it became more intuitive, they even offered free transfers, which was a great bonus.

Cons

They suddenly raised the cost, and while it was working well, the price became quite high. I was using Office Ally for billing.
