Before the pandemic, I used a less efficient system. With this one, I had direct phone support, free onboarding, and user-friendly features. It compresses a lot of information, which takes time to master. Cutting off support abruptly is unacceptable.

Cons

When it comes to seeking assistance, direct phone contact with a human is lacking. Instead, all customer support inquiries are directed to a single overwhelmed individual via email. Unfortunately, responses to these emails can take days, leaving users feeling stranded. Additionally, the training videos provided are outdated and do not align with the current software versions, leaving users to navigate the system largely on their own despite paying a significant monthly fee of $300 to $400.

Disappointing

I'm deeply disappointed with the agency's services for web development and patient scheduling applications. Despite their promises and advertisements, they failed to fulfill their commitments. The quality of the web development work was subpar, lacking essential functionalities and design elements we had discussed. Furthermore, the patient scheduling application was left incomplete, leaving us without a crucial tool for our operations. This lack of follow-through and professionalism has caused significant setbacks for our business. Based on my negative experience, I would advise others to approach this agency with caution.

I experienced nonexistent service from the department. When attempting billing, I was redirected to another department, creating a frustrating loop.

The services don't match the standard promised in the sales pitch. Despite receiving credits, the billing department attempts additional charges instead of absorbing the credits.

Listing medications in alphabetical order or updating scripts when dose or directions change isn't possible, making medication management cumbersome.
