What I like most about Klara is sending appointment reminders to patients in a timely manner, allowing them to communicate their needs.

Cons

The cons of using Klara are when entering the patients in cobilty they dont transfer over all of the correct information sometimes.

Fifteen months ago, I found that this software was significantly more user-friendly and simpler to navigate compared to its current version.

Cons

Unfortunately the programming has made it much more difficult to use. The program has been down so much more then before. The difficulty created by the programs between myself and my team members and my patients have affected our timely communications and productivity quite a bit causing more resources to be allocated. The responses from the Klara team are timely but the results are pretty poor. Asking for some kind of credit for the inconvenience fell on a NO! I will give them a bit more time to figure their stuff out if it continues to get worse then I will have to go elsewhere.
