Pros

I believe it's a decent system overall but I felt like they tried to exploit people who are not aware of better-priced alternatives.

Cons

The main downside which is kind of funny to call it that was that they were charging 5 to 10 times more than other similar software I checked out. When I mentioned that the price was way too high, they started lowering it little by little. I am just not okay with working with a company that tries to overcharge like that.

Pros

I've used eClinicalWorks with 2 different companies and I've always found it to be really user-friendly. Also the staff did not complain about it either, which is always a good sign. Even physicians found it helpful and easy to navigate. It doesn't take long to get comfortable with it.

Cons

Not many people are familiar with it, but I do not think that is your fault.
