It is generally quick and easy for providers to input notes. It does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Cons

I frequently have to restart the program. If I open more than one instance on my laptop, it often crashes the PC. When adding printers, I have to restart the software. Support usually takes hours to respond to tickets.

Pros

I believe it's a decent system overall but I felt like they tried to exploit people who are not aware of better-priced alternatives.

Cons

The main issue, though its amusing to call it that is they were charging 5 to 10 times more than other similar software I reviewed. When I pointed out that it was far too expensive, they started reducing the price bit by bit. I am not comfortable dealing with a company that tries to overcharge.

Pros

eClinicalWorks provides an affordable solution for medical practices and providers. The system is generally streamlined, easy to navigate and although it's an older platform, it continues to improve and meets our practice's needs.

Cons

I wish eClinical offered a better system for documenting procedures and generating consents and information. Right now, we create these manually as PDF documents and integrating them into the system would save us the hassle of scanning them back in.
