you can jump right in with no experience

Pros

What stands out to me is that you can jump right in with no prior experience because it is so user-friendly. Plus you get fast, powerful financial and management reports and the customer support is excellent.

Cons

For me personally, there is nothing I dislike, though the cost could be a challenge for smaller companies. Plus I think the user guides and help documentation could also be more thorough.

Very reasonable and completely cloud-based

Pros

The pricing is very reasonable. It is also a completely cloud-based platform and with its secure, encrypted data handling, it becomes a reliable system for accurate operational reporting and analytics. The AFS drafting tool we used for our IFRS for SMEs statements is absolutely brilliant too.

Cons

My time with it was positive but the interface feels dated. It is falling behind other software that offers more modern tools and features.

excellent, detailed reports for budgeting

Pros

Quick Consols software lets us create very specific, detailed reports that are perfect for building our company's budget and the cloud-based system is a major advantage, allowing access from anywhere and significantly improving our reporting accuracy. Overall the monthly fee is definitely a worthwhile investment for us.

Cons

The reporting functions are good but I feel like they would be even better with more advanced settings to fit a wider range of company requirements.

Affordable for ifrs reporting

Pros

I love how you can pull up information quickly, either for a single entity or a consolidated view. We used the fantastic AFS drafting tool to prepare our IFRS for SMEs financial statements and the cost is very low.

Cons

Umm the reporting tools need more powerful, refined options to handle different types of businesses. Also since it offers unlimited users, let me tell you, you have to be very careful about setting access levels and permissions to prevent anyone from accidentally changing important data.

A lightweight and clean reporting tool

Pros

I really like how lightweight it feels compared to other tools on the market. The interface is also clean and responsive. Plus it generates neat reports and the dashboard presents data with clear graphs.

Cons

If I had to pick a downside, it would be the user interface which feels a bit old-fashioned. Maybe that's what makes it fast but overall, I am still pleased with how it works.

Simple to use with direct customization

Pros

Quick Consols platform is quite simple to use. Also you can add tables and notes directly onto the report and customize it to your needs without hiring a technical expert. I also like that it handles both monthly and annual financial reports in one place, keeping our data consistent all year.

Cons

The unlimited user feature means we need to be very specific about who has editing rights to ensure no one accidentally alters our financial figures.

adaptable reporting tool

Pros

It is a simple reporting tool that can be adapted for many different tasks. The interface is user-friendly too and the support team is very helpful.

Cons

I feel like it would be helpful if the system could handle longer reports. Another great addition would be the ability to download and save the charts and graphs.

Uniquely customizable reports

Pros

The ability to build and customize financial reports specifically for our business is what makes Quick Consols unique. You can design reports exactly how you want them within your accounting framework. Any changes you make apply retroactively, so your reports always compare like-with-like. All your custom reports are ready instantly and you can even add non-financial data like cost drivers to track key metrics, all while keeping that one-click convenience. Consolidations are incredibly easy too and you get a complete audit trail for every adjustment, all exportable with a single click.

Cons

Making consolidation entries is a repetitive and time-consuming task. So I feel like a feature to import journal entries would save a huge amount of time and effort.

Very easy to use and set up

Pros

It is very easy to use and set up, providing a single, consolidated platform for all our reporting. Plus the software connects directly to our ERP, which automates the entire data upload process.

Cons

The error messages are not very helpful as they often do not explain what went wrong or what specific information is needed to fix the problem.

The best AFS drafting tool

Pros

The AFS drafting tool is absolutely the best for preparing our IFRS for SMEs financial statements

Cons

Honestly I don't have any real complaints. The one area for improvement would be modernizing the user interface to make the monthly reporting process smoother.
