Pros
When I Work allows me to schedule around my availability and I can easily pick up or drop shifts whenever needed.
Cons
I get logged off too often, and it would be helpful to have the option to mark shifts I'm interested in and receive text alerts when they become available. It would be great to have a quick way to modify my notifications.
