Great for tracking time and pto

Pros

To be honest this is a fantastic tool for tracking employee time cards, vacation days, team management and internal office activities. I have used it for years as a manager and found it extremely useful. I could easily track employee time, make quick adjustments and keep tabs on PTO.

Cons

sometimes editing clock-ins would freeze and I'd have to start the edit process over. This might be due to our slow internet speeds, so I cannot be sure it is a software issue or what.

Pros

The interface is modern and really easy to navigate. The system has a wide range of useful features including strong analytics tools and I love the customer support as they are both professional and very responsive.

Cons

The cost might be a barrier for small businesses. I noticed some features are complicated and require technical expertise or time to learn.

good for payroll, reports are tricky

Pros

I love how I can set up health insurance and 401k contributions in Paylocity and then just trust it to run. It's so reliable for making sure everything is processed and payments go out without a hitch

Cons

Finding the right reports can be tricky. so I feel like it would be helpful to have better filters in the reporting section to make it easier to find what I need.
