“Dynamic modules for automotive work”
Pros
It comes with a wide range of modules for modeling and designing control systems, ADAS, automotive applications, AUTOSAR and more which really supports the work I do in my specialization.
Cons
I don't have any dislikes about it.

“Fantastic software!”
Pros
Built around mathematical and physics-based equations, it makes simulation and modeling a very simple task. It's also one of the most widely used tools in the robotics industry which adds to its value.
Cons
oftentimes, simulations can take a very long time to finish, with some runs taking more than 24 hours before producing results.

“automates tasks and saves time”
Pros
Working as an optical engineer, this tool fits my job really well because of its strong simulation and analysis features especially with tools like the Optics Toolbox for modeling complex optical systems. It also connects well with Zemax for data analysis and optimization. its flexibility makes it possible to automate repetitive tasks which saves a lot of time during design and testing.
Cons
Biggest downside is the price particularly for individual users who need extra toolboxes for specialized optical work. It can also fall short in performance for large-scale simulations when compared with more optimized languages such as C++.

“Really helps with numerical analysis”
Pros
It is an outstanding tool for numerical computation, analysis and visualization. One of its biggest strengths is the extensive collection of built-in functions and toolboxes it offers. It's also useful across a wide range of fields, including hydraulics, thermal engineering, signal processing and many others.
Cons
The pricing is on the higher side which makes it difficult for many small organizations to adopt. Another downside is that it offers very limited integration with other applications.

“Good software!”
Pros
I like that it is a very capable platform for numerical computing, data analysis and visualization. It comes with a broad set of toolboxes that work smoothly with the main platform which makes more advanced analysis possible while saving a lot of time. When scripting issues come up, there are plenty of resources available along with active forum discussions so it's usually possible to find answers pretty quickly.
Cons
There really aren't many drawbacks but one thing to keep in mind is that it can be demanding on system resources and it also has a fairly hard to learn for beginners.
