There's really nothing to complain about since everything works well and the bot handles the process nicely.

This is easy to use, the pricing feels fair and the customer service and sales reps have been responsive and genuinely helpful. The analytics and reporting also seem reliable and well put together.

Cons

One thing I'd really like to see is some AI functionality at the lower-tier plans, like a bot that can recognize typed words instead of relying only on button-based interactions.

The chat feature has been especially useful for resolving issues quickly and keeping customers engaged which also helps with future lead generation.

I haven't run into any problems with it and I've been happy with it because of the features it offers.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is that it doesn't require any coding knowledge at all. Even my 10-year-old can put together a bot very quickly and that's easily the best part about it.

Cons

For users in India, the starter plan feels a little expensive. It would be better if the price could be reduced somewhat, ideally to around 999 or 1299.
