“Powerful connector with fast ROI”

Pros

After working with plenty of Adobe-related tools, it really feels like the product of a team with deep Adobe expertise. Their connector clearly focuses on what customers actually need, the ability to connect just about any system from a single panel, including drives, stock libraries, Shutterstock, DAM platforms, PIM systems and even Figma, all directly from Adobe apps and Office. Also, the way it handles custom metadata, revision management, check-in/check-out and even similarity search is fantastic. It genuinely brings DAM functionality right inside Adobe software and helps speed up the whole workflow. I would absolutely recommend it and from a pricing perspective, the ROI comes quickly. To me, it's the best connector available on the market.

Cons

UI, overall, could still be improved a bit but that also seems tied to the InDesign SDK so it's not something that can simply be fixed instantly.

Getting it set up in the beginning was a bit challenging but everything works perfectly now.

“solid integrations for daily work”

Pros

It brings together multiple applications I use every day and gives me a strong platform for integrating them in one place.

Cons

I don't really have any major complaints about it but one area that still needs more attention is customer support and service.

“fast content management”

Pros

This has been one of the most impressive tools I've used for content management. I'd definitely recommend it to coworkers who want to save time and finish their tasks more quickly.

Cons

There have been a few lag issues when working with large files but aside from that, it's easily one of the best software tools I've used so far.

“outdated search!”

Pros

Being able to find assets right inside the tool you're already using is really helpful for creative work since it cuts down on switching back and forth between different apps.

Cons

Search feels slow, the features don't work consistently across every program and the overall usability isn't very user friendly.
