It's a very people-focused platform that creates a good space to interact and collaborate with colleagues. Also, it comes packed with plenty of useful features which makes it a very complete solution.

There aren't any major downsides in my view but two things could make it even better, first, the documentation could be more detailed and second, stronger integration with external tools through things like extensions would be really valuable.

Pros

Sharing documents, files and handling internal communication feels much more efficient and effective with this software. The interface is simple to use which makes it user-friendly and pleasant to work with. I'm also impressed by how the customer service team rolls out new features since it gives you a chance to adapt and make adjustments accordingly.

One improvement I'd like to see is the ability to include multiple users within a collection since that capability would make the software even more practical.

Right from the start, it has felt incredibly user friendly and visually appealing. It doesn't take much time to set up, manage or maintain which makes it very practical to use day to day. We've been really impressed overall and features like collections, libraries and sharing add a lot of value to the experience.

There's honestly very little negative to mention but collections could use a bit more development. At the moment, only the person who created a collection can add to it or share it so multiple users can't collaborate on the same collection in that way. It's only a small issue though and we've been able to work around it.

Pretty simple to use, visually appealing and genuinely engaging. It also fits really well with our organisation's goals around collaboration and inclusion.

I'd be totally lost without it. It cuts down on so many clicks and saves me from wondering where I stored things across different apps. It's simple to use, simple to personalize and the interface looks really good.

Getting a frictionless user experience used to take a lot of technical effort before this tool came along. It usually meant relying on back-end resources or someone with the right expertise to interpret what was needed and then adapt the technology to fit. That extra layer added cost and made even small changes take longer than they should. It changed that completely. Now the people who actually need updates can handle the lift themselves. Instead of hard coding, it uses functional, simple-to-adjust building blocks, almost like lego pieces. That cuts out a lot of the disconnect, saves time and puts control in the right hands. The end result is a phenomenal mobile-first experience that's simple to manage, simple to navigate and honestly just wow.

Right away, the clean and simple layout made the tool really simple to navigate, use and manage. At the same time, it's impressively powerful. There are so many different use cases for it and it can be applied in a lot of ways.

Honestly I can't think of any real downsides. There are a few features I'd still love to see added but those are already on the roadmap.

Having everything together in one place has been a big plus and the customization options are really nice. I'm not stuck with the way other software is designed to look because I can adjust it the way I want and make it feel more personal to me.

A limitation is that I can't share someone else's library with a third party if it was originally shared with me. I have to go back to that person and ask them to share their library directly.

It feels like the digital front door we needed without even realizing it. Instead of being stuck with whatever interface a supplier, company or software platform gives you, this one actually feels like it belongs to you. It's your tech, set up the way you want it.

There is nothing I dislike about this software. If anything, I just feel I need to learn more about it so I can become fully comfortable and make the most of everything it can do for me.
