“Demo booking made simple”

Pros

Scheduling demos is really easy with this. Customers can pick a time that suits them and us without any hassle which makes the whole process much more convenient.

Cons

One thing it's missing for us is a direct integration with our CRM, Capsule although I know it can connect with some other systems through Zapier.

“handy interview scheduling tool”

Pros

Starting out was quick, it worked right away and the fact that it was free was a big plus. It made interview scheduling much simpler because candidates could choose their own time slots and book meetings directly into my calendar without any back-and-forth.

Cons

Would be helpful to have a bit more guidance when setting up the integrations with Zoom and Teams.

“reminders really help me”

Pros

Using SimplyMeet.me has been very easy. It lets me send reminders to my clients as well so I can keep my full attention on the business.

Cons

I'd like it to offer an integration with PayPal.

“good for events but weak support”

Pros

Works really well for meetings and trade events so it has been a useful tool on that side.

Cons

To get support is frustrating because there's no one available to speak with, the chat is rarely attended and responses to questions take far too long.

“time-saving scheduler”

Pros

With this tool, scheduling has been easy and reliable. It lets me book demos and meetings with potential customers and partners without any hassle and it connects well with the tools I already use on a regular basis. Overall, it saves me a lot of time compared with the usual back-and-forth of setting up meetings over email.

Cons

There was one small bug at one point but it was fixed very quickly and never caused any serious disruption for us.

“So easy to use”

Pros

Getting started with it was quick and it has exactly the features I actually need without feeling overloaded. The biggest benefit is how much simpler it makes scheduling anything. Instead of going back and forth by phone or email trying to land on a time that works for both people, I can just send a potential client my calendar link as soon as they want to talk more and they choose the time that fits their schedule. Since I set my availability ahead of time, I already know whatever they book will work for me too. If you have never used an online scheduling tool, the setup is pretty easy. You define the times you want to be available in your personal calendar. For example, if you only want appointments between 12 and 4 PM, those are the only slots people can book. You can also decide the meeting length, whether that is 30 minutes, 45 minutes or any duration you prefer. Also, you can add buffer time between meetings in case one runs long or you need time to prepare. Another feature I really appreciate is that if I manually add something to my calendar, Harmonizely automatically detects it and removes that time from my booking page which helps prevent double bookings. It also sends reminders to both sides and can include pre-meeting questions in the booking form. There are a few other useful ways to make the most of it but that covers the basics.

Cons

I have not run into any downsides at this point. The platform keeps adding new features and up to now everything has worked reliably without any issues.

“Excellent!”

Pros

Late last year, I added it to my website to handle coaching client bookings through Zoom. Then at the start of this year, I also set it up so TEDxRuakura speakers could book sessions within specific time slots with me and the other TEDxRuakura coaches. It has saved us a lot of time and admin work which I definitely don't enjoy. A big advantage is how well it connects with Zoom especially since we've been using Zoom for coaching over the last four years.

Cons

An issue I ran into was not being able to switch calendars for each individual meeting type. Because of that, TEDxRuakura speaker bookings were going onto my personal Google Calendar and I had to manually copy them over to the shared TEDxRuakura Google Calendar.

“Custom branding is nice”

Pros

Clean, practical and quick to get started with. The platform has also kept improving over time, they seem genuinely open to feedback and clearly want to keep expanding the app. Since I became a customer, there have been plenty of major updates, new features and additional integrations with other services which makes it feel like a strong option for anyone who needs to schedule meetings. I also appreciate that they offer custom domains for both the booking page and the confirmation or reminder emails since that makes it much easier to fit it into an existing brand.

Cons

What still feels missing is a simple way to embed the tool directly onto a page I build myself, such as a Gutenberg or Elementor widget or even just a few lines of copy-and-paste code. They do give access to the API which is a nice option but I just haven't had the time to explore it further yet.

“handles all my calendars perfectly”

Pros

Running around 20 different Google Calendars, I really appreciated how smoothly this worked with my setup. Other scheduling tools I tested advertise Google Calendar integration but they often restrict how many calendars can actually be connected,Doodle, for example, tops out at 10. It checks every one of my calendars for availability and then presents users with the open time slots. I also appreciate that I can create multiple appointment URLs with different time ranges and each one can have its own settings.

Cons

Something I'd suggest is showing all available times for each day of the week so users can more easily pick from the upcoming 7 days. I'd also welcome additional customization options.

“Perfect for us”

Pros

It does exactly what it says it will. The interface is clean and it's clear they're always working on improvements. They also do a really good job of keeping in touch with their users.

Cons

I'm not especially technical so there are probably a few features I could be making better use of but that's more on me than the software.

“features are amazing”

Pros

Automatic Zoom integration has been a standout for me and the interface is really simple to use.

Cons

Overall okay but I'd still prefer stronger WordPress integration than what's currently available. The booking page could also use more customization options and I'd like to see integrations with chatbots and similar tools as well.

“smooth bookings!”

Pros

With the Thrivecart integration, clients can book their own appointments and automatically generate the Zoom link themselves. It makes the whole process very convenient for me and feels professional.

Cons

When I need to change my availability, it takes more than one click. A direct option for that would make it even better.

“a good edition”

Pros

Comes with all the features I need and then some. The setup was quick and adding it to my own website was easy. Being able to customize the branding and switch between languages is a big plus. I'm really happy with this software.

Cons

Genuinely, i don't have any negatives to mention.

“trustworthy!”

Pros

One thing that really stands out is how approachable and helpful the team is,they genuinely want every user to get the most value possible out of it. I also appreciate that the company is based in Europe especially in light of the European Court of Justice ruling that the US-EU Privacy Shield doesn't fully meet GDPR requirements. Also, the platform has been very dependable and most importantly, it connects with just about any type of calendar. A lot of other scheduling tools only support Google Calendar and maybe Exchange but not CalDav.

Cons

Moving over from a long-time tool like Acuity did involve a bit of adjustment. In the beginning, options like email customization and screen translation weren't located where I expected them to be. We also can't offer scheduling through our Facebook page anymore or at least not as conveniently as before. Still, those are very minor issues when compared with how well the software performs overall.

“feature-packed and dependable”

Pros

Compared with a lot of competing tools, this one comes at a lower price while still packing in plenty of valuable features and other really useful functionality. Also, it has been very reliable for me and has worked flawlessly without any issues.

Cons

Just want to see their new features on the roadmap rolled out a bit faster.

“10/10 calendar syncing”

Pros

In my experience, it has been really solid. It's simple to use and connecting your own calendars only takes a few seconds.

Cons

A GDPR checkbox is missing! It was listed on the roadmap for Jan-Mar 2020 and now it's already Aug 2020. At this point, almost every form includes this because it's required under European law so it's disappointing that it still doesn't have it. Once that feature is added, it would definitely deserve 5 stars.

“so affordable”

Pros

It's a very user-friendly system and includes all the features you'd need, without the higher price tag that comes with Calendly.

“customizable scheduling that delivers”

Pros

The customization options for the client-facing scheduling page are a big plus. Setting up different meeting types doesn't take much effort and connecting it with Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar is easy. Embedding the scheduling page into a website is also simple and works well.

Cons

One area that could be better is the ability to display just one meeting type, rather than having to embed all active meeting types.
