“highly configurable”

Pros

Getting started with this product felt very natural because the interface is so simple and there really isn't much of a learning curve. It lets you get up and running quickly while still supporting a very sophisticated setup. One of the biggest advantages for me is being able to configure everything on my own and stay fully self-sufficient, while still knowing support is nearby whenever I need it, whether that's through the excellent user forum or the customer success team. Development also moves at a great pace and I really value being able to contribute ideas and feedback on feature requests through the user forum.

Cons

Reporting is probably the area where I'd still like to see more progress. The platform already includes multiple reporting layers, with different dashboard options, list reports, measures and more but I think the dynamic reporting capabilities could be stronger. The My Dashboards feature works really well for everyday personal reporting but when I needed to analyze data more deeply and pivot dynamically based on whatever criteria I wanted, I still found myself turning to Power BI.

“configurable one-stop support hub”

Pros

Having one configurable platform that works across so many departments has been a big win for us. It supports IT, HR, Finance, Payroll, Risk Management, Compliance, BI, Clinical Operations and several others which makes it a true one-stop shop for our employees. As our practice has continued to grow by more than 18% each year, staff have depended on the org chart to figure out where to go for help from different administrative teams. Now they can go to a single place and submit any support request they need.

Cons

The biggest challenge for us has been the timezone gap. We've run into several issues related to PST and GMT timing. On the positive side, the developers are very responsive and clearly put in a lot of effort to fix these problems. Still, the timezone-related issues seem more complicated than most of the other bugs we've found so they usually take longer to fully resolve.

“fantastic fit and fast launch”

Pros

It covered almost everything we needed in the RFP and the pricing was right for us as well. The help we got from the pre-sales team and the onboarding consultant was excellent and it made it possible to move from the live instance and the free 30-day period to a full go-live in just 28 days. The logic behind setting up PCFs and BPs is also quite easy to understand.

Cons

We're still settling into the system but nothing has caused any major problems so far. That said, having some SQL knowledge helps with certain functions and that could slow a few people down.

“responsive support”

Pros

Across our IT, HR, Health and Safety, Digital Engineering and Supply Chain teams, it is something we rely on every day to keep track of tasks and monitor workloads. Honestly, without it, those departments would struggle to stay on top of what needs doing at any given time. The platform is very user-friendly and feels genuinely innovative. It hasn't taken much training at all for people to learn which has made adoption really easy. Another big plus is being able to speak directly with the developers when we have ideas for improvements, they're always willing to suggest another way to achieve something or consider adding the request as a new feature. We also really value how simple it is to build and adjust processes for each team, plus the fact that users can personalize their screen layout to suit how they prefer to work. Overall, we've had a very positive experience with the software and would happily recommend it to other teams across the company.

Cons

Any questions or feature ideas we have are submitted through the online forum, where developers and other users discuss whether they should be added. Even with that process in place, I genuinely can't think of anything about the platform that bothers me enough to call it a real complaint.

“clean interface”

Pros

A big plus with this product is the clean interface, the well-structured business processes and the progressive capture engine. It's generally very easy to use, quick to deploy and doesn't take much time to learn. Support from the product specialists and developers has also been outstanding even with the community/forum support model. Another thing I really appreciate is how open the team is to feature requests and how actively the product keeps evolving even in just the 12-13 months we've been using it.

Cons

There's still some room to improve the Project Manager side. It works fine for smaller, more contained projects but once larger and more complex projects are added some limitations start to show especially in how tasks and milestones are linked. A lot of my projects don't naturally move from milestone A to milestone B so I have to work around that by getting more creative, like setting up several smaller projects and using the programme functionality instead. I do believe the team will continue developing this area in the coming months. The reporting engine is also fairly limited and without the advanced analytics, the dashboards feel restricted as well. Power BI integration is supported but at the moment it seems to work only with personal data gateways, not shared data gateways. Since many companies are adopting Microsoft Teams for collaboration, I can see the Collaboration engine becoming less relevant over time even though it still supports the broader experience. Because our small team handles support, design, implementation and projects across everyone, I spend about 90% of my time in this tool. It would be much more useful if things like tasks which currently sit in the Collaboration component, were also available in Service Manager or at least if there were an option to display them there.
