What keeps me using it is the huge amount of data it provides and the way it pulls that information together. The contact details it gives are accurate and that matters a lot for my campaigns. Getting everything set up at the beginning was also very simple.

Bringing the whole sales process together in one platform is what makes it so impressive. Searching through 1B+ contacts with detailed filters like job title, industry, company size, funding and tech stack gives a ton of precision. The automatic enrichment is a huge time-saver too. Getting 50+ data points and lead scoring right away cuts out hours of manual research. The inbox-native AI that helps prioritize my pipeline and writes personalized outreach really feels like having a sales assistant working around the clock.

There is honestly very little to complain about. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the platform is packed with features so it takes a bit of time to learn how to use everything to its fullest. Once that setup phase is done though, the return on investment is hard to argue with.

it does draft email replies which is helpful but the AI still misses parts of the conversation context at times so that area definitely needs improvement. I've also run into issues with integrations like my email inbox and LinkedIn, where the connections occasionally broke and had to be reconnected before my outreach campaigns would start working properly again.

Being able to tailor my emails, build separate campaigns and approve drafts has been a big plus. It cuts out the time it would normally take to email hundreds of people a day and handles it in seconds, without all the back-and-forth of hiring a cold emailer and trying to fine-tune every message.
