“Laid out clearly”
Pros
Even for users with very little IT background, the platform is laid out in a clear and understandable way. It offers flexible options and the personal help during onboarding plus the ongoing support have been excellent. Everything feels individually tailored to our needs.
Cons
I really haven't run into any downsides. The only thing we'll need to watch is whether the system stays just as clear once Outlook is added alongside WhatsApp.

“Easy for new users”
Pros
Using it felt easy right away. After the very first use, I was already able to create a WhatsApp template, set up a campaign and send it without any trouble.
Cons
based on what I've seen, I haven't come across any areas that need improvement. I honestly can't point to anything negative about the platform.

“Innovative and efficient platform”
Pros
Its technological innovation has really stood out to me, along with how simple it is to manage conversations and how quickly it lets me follow up with customers from a single platform.
Cons
Some integration processes could feel more user-friendly and come with a simpler setup although overall it still works as a very complete and efficient tool.

“Attentive staff”
Pros
Their staff responded in a very focused way and knew all the necessary solutions within a very short time.
Cons
Getting through to people is unfortunately quite complex. It would be really helpful to have a direct support channel for quicker communication since many issues only need a small push and the long path to a personal appointment often causes you to lose the momentum you could use when you're already deep in the topic.

“Superchat Academy stands out”
Pros
The Superchat Academy has been the standout for me. The content is clearly structured, practical and really helps you get started quickly. On top of that, the support team is very accessible and responds fast whenever questions come up.
Cons
At the moment, there is very little to complain about. The only thing was that the installation and setup took a bit longer than we expected. It was not a major issue but it is something you should plan a little extra time for.

“Wide variety of features”
Pros
The platform is extremely user-friendly, the range of features is very extensive and the technical support has been outstanding every time so far.
Cons
I really haven't found anything to criticize because there hasn't been anything to complain about. Everyone on the team has been excellent and the technical support has been fantastic.

“Went downhill quickly”
Pros
At first, the service seemed promising. They were very helpful, the initial training on the system was solid and to be fair, there was no pressure from their side. We genuinely felt confident it would be a good fit for our business.
Cons
Things quickly went downhill when the system was completely unavailable for 8 days during our trial. The issues were repeatedly blamed on Meta instead of being properly owned and we were even incorrectly told the outage was due to non-payment which was simply not true. Communication was poor throughout, with very little reassurance when problems came up and no clear explanation for what had actually happened. For a business depending on WhatsApp for inbound leads, that kind of disruption creates serious risk. On top of that, the ongoing card payment authorization makes cancellation difficult and we were still expected to pay for a full 12-month contract despite the service failure and not using the platform.

“Too expensive”
Pros
Having multiple people use one WhatsApp number is definitely useful for certain use cases and it does offer that.
Cons
It's a bit too expensive and the real problem came when we wanted to disconnect. We basically had to throw away our WhatsApp number because it could no longer be installed and they more or less refused to provide any support.

“Secure customer communication”
Pros
It lets us and our customers stay in touch in a privacy-compliant way which is a big plus. It gives both sides confidence that the conversations are protected and that the chats are secure.
Cons
there's nothing to complain about. If anything ever comes up, the support team takes care of it very quickly and responds in no time.
