Updating the website and personalizing it has been really easy. It's very easy to use which makes those tasks much simpler.

Nice platform and I am still learning everything the platform can do but so far, I have not come across any problems.

One of the biggest strengths of this product is how well it supports audience segmentation for marketing. That is such an important part of any marketing program and this tool makes it possible to organize CTAs so they reach the right people or support specific customer journeys. It also works really well for decision-tree marketing and for displaying customized content to different segments.

Initial setup could be a little easier to understand although it became simple to use once I figured out how everything worked.
