Gives our small security team incredible 24/7/365 coverage that we couldn't manage on our own. The value is huge for monitoring and alerting.
Cons
The only downside we experienced was having to log into yet another portal just to access security alerts.

Pros
Finding troublemakers on our network is easy and happens fast. The insights we've gotten into our AWS setup have been valuable, stuff we never saw before. I also appreciate being able to monitor site status and run detailed analysis when needed.
