amazing team that always help

Pros

Having all of my product information in one place has been really valuable especially when I need to code new products quickly for either new customers or existing clients. More and more of our clients have started using�1WorldSync�each year so over the past year I have gotten very comfortable with the platform. On top of that the support from the 1WorldSync team has been amazing.

Cons

At times,�it�can feel a bit overwhelming because�it�offers so many features and use cases that�it's not always obvious what I should be using in the moment. The interface itself is user friendly but I do think more how-to videos or clearer instructions would make�it�much easier to navigate the site and database.

confusing workflow and worst support

Pros

It's�nice that some parts of the program include helpful videos and the playlists are useful as well.

Cons

It�isn't user friendly especially if you only use�it�every few months. On top of that the help desk can be hard to understand at times because of strong accents. I also wish the error messages would appear before publishing the item, not afterward.

Support team increases its value

Pros

The support team�has been the most valuable part of this platform. They walk you through the system and help sort out any publication issues that come up.

Cons

The required publication fields do not always populate properly. When that happens, you usually have to reach out to support to help find a specific requested information field.

Helpful and quick support provided

Pros

Whenever questions come up, the customer service team is consistently helpful and ready to assist, even with small uncertainties that just need a quick answer. The account management team is also very responsive and communicates quickly. On top of that the enriched content solutions work well for what they're meant to do.

Cons

One thing that feels a bit awkward lately is the move away from the online portal toward a community-based FAQ for information. The metrics reporting also runs on an older platform so�it�can be a little slower at times.

Navigating the site is very easy and the training videos are a nice bonus that make learning�the platform�much easier.

Cons

On the Production Management side,�it�can be frustrating and time-consuming to track down where an error is happening or figure out how to resolve�it.
