“Simple interface and helpful support”

I've found this platform to be a pleasure to use right from the start. The interface is simple, customer support has been excellent and the team is genuinely responsive to user suggestions. Really glad I came across it.

“fantastic parent messaging app”

Pros

Using this app has been really easy for me. I can message all parents at once or target them by class or category which I find very convenient. Parents can also view class rosters right in the app and I've experienced excellent customer service. The fact that the app is free is a huge bonus too and I would definitely recommend it.

Cons

At the moment admins still can't access everything from the app, although that's supposed to be included in an upcoming update. Since it's still fairly new, there are a few features that are still being rolled out but the customer service team is always available and genuinely open to feedback and suggestions.

“Amazing for a school communication hub”

Pros

This app has been amazing for our school. I feel the team behind it is truly invested in helping schools thrive without stretching already tight budgets. They clearly understand the technology, operational and financial challenges schools deal with and they've built tools that genuinely help with all three. The family directory is excellent. Families can contact a single parent, an entire class, teachers, or others in the school, while still keeping private information hidden if they choose. Having parent and student photos in profiles is also incredibly helpful because it makes matching names with faces much easier. What makes this platform even better is how many features it brings together in one place. Instead of using several different tools, we get a family directory, email service, volunteer sign-ups event creation and calendars, photo sharing for classes and events, a file directory for flyers and announcements and a very useful dashboard that shows announcements, upcoming events and what's happening at any time. It can all be shared with the whole school, a grade, or just one class. Even better, all of that comes in the free basic version. They also offer fundraising and emergency messaging modules at very reasonable prices. Customer support has been fantastic, personal, responsive and fast. When I've suggested improvements, I'm always happy to hear they're already being worked on and many of them appear sooner than expected. I highly recommend it for any school.

Using this at both of my children's schools has been really convenient for me. I find the app and website both very simple to navigate and it's especially useful whenever I need contact details for students at the schools. Customer service has also been excellent, quick to respond and genuinely helpful.

“Perfect for school communication”

From the first day, I've found the app incredibly simple to use and I've experienced outstanding customer service. We even shared a few "nice to have" suggestions and they actually added them. If you need something that keeps parents, the PTO and teachers engaged, informed and organized, I feel this has been a fantastic fit. Even the more tech-savvy parents keep telling us how much they love using it for the directory, messaging events, documents and photos. It really works as a strong communication portal and I can already see us relying on it at our school for many years.

Over the past year, I've had a very positive experience using this platform. I find it really simple to navigate and even when I had a few questions at the start, the support team responded right away and were always polite, helpful and quick to assist. With every upgrade, I can clearly see they're making meaningful improvements that help customers use the platform more comfortably while also adding effective tools inside the application and maintaining privacy.

Working on the rollout for my daughter's grade school gave me a chance to collaborate closely with Joe Matthews and I found his support consistently outstanding. I would absolutely recommend it. Any concerns or issues were handled quickly and decisively. The platform does an excellent job of improving communication, while also helping administrative teams stay connected with their community. Fundraising is easy and I find the way the system integrates neatly with an app especially important. Parents really appreciate it.

Our experience with this tool has been very positive for our school. I've seen their team respond quickly whenever questions or issues come up and they've consistently gone the extra mile to help us find solutions that fit what we need. Both the website and the app look appealing and are very user friendly. The only challenge has been getting parents to fully use the app and take advantage of everything the site offers but I've found the it team fantastic in helping us encourage parent participation. We've been extremely happy with it.

Since I started using it in September, I've found the website very user-friendly and efficient. Any bugs I ran into were acknowledged quickly and fixed right away. I really appreciate the site and have been very happy with the overall experience using it.

It replaced a program we had been using before that was much more expensive. Since switching to it, I've been really happy because our parent community feels much more connected and I've seen communication between the school and home become a real success.

Using this has been very easy for me and I find it comes with plenty of useful features while offering excellent value for our school. The customer support team has been exceptional as well, usually getting back to us on issues or requests within just a few hours.
