It doesnt take long for me to book a spot and the structured timing for selecting spaces works really well.

Cons

Its frustrating when I don't manage to get a space every week but that seems more down to the limited number of parking spots available.

I mainly use it to reserve a parking space and that feature in the mobile app is really easy to use and works well for what I need and I haven't run into any issues.

Getting around the platform is really easy so it's very simple to find exactly what you need to do. I'd happily recommend it to anyone.

I haven't come across any downsides. It feels great to use and whenever I need to reserve a space, I just log in and enter my details. A few fields also have drop down menus which makes the whole process even more convenient.

The platform is very easy to use and everything feels clearly laid out. I especially appreciate the Friday reminders to submit car park requests for the following week.

There is nothing major to complain about. The only issue is that some colleagues forget to release their parking space when they are not coming into the office. It would be useful to send regular reminders asking people to free up their space if they will be away, unless that already happens for users with allocated parking and I'm just not aware of it.

Even at short notice, I'm usually able to book a parking space through the app and the whole process is fast and simple to use.

My single real complaint is that I'm sometimes assigned one of the spaces farthest away which means driving past plenty of empty spots before reaching it.

Lets me reserve my space on Friday for the full upcoming week which is really convenient. It's also a big plus that I'm now able to choose the specific location where I want to park.

One thing that would really help especially with the limited parking capacity at my company, is the ability to switch locations for the same day in a single action. At the moment, I have to first check whether another space is available, then cancel my current booking, hope nobody takes that newly available spot and quickly book it myself. It would be much better if I could confirm a new booking and have the existing one automatically released at the same time.
