“salesforce keeps teams aligned”
Pros
I absolutely love Salesforce. It makes my workday feel a lot easier and helps me move through tasks without constantly losing track. The organization and task tracking are solid and I also like how it keeps me and my coworkers on the same page... especially when we're handling each case.
Cons
It is a bit slow sometimes when I'm opening a new case but that's genuinely the only issue I've run into. Overall, it's been really great.

“user friendly tool!”
Pros
Their sales management and tracking interface makes it simple for our business to handle customer accounts without getting messy, everything stays organized and easy to follow.
Cons
Customer support could be more accessible. We've reached out by email and phone but the response time is consistently slow which can be frustrating when we need help quickly.

“offline scheduling helps alot”
Pros
Really appreciate how it works even when the field techs don't have internet. Despite that limitation on our side, they can still pull up their schedules, check which vans and equipment are available and we can share articles (manuals) for them to reference while they're on jobs.
Cons
Everything's going well overall and we mostly use it as a mobile app for our smaller team of field techs since our company is still on the smaller side. If anything, I'd push for a slightly lower price.

“Love using it”
Pros
Because I implemented it myself, extending the package with new flows was genuinely fast and convenient.
Cons
After the acquisition, it took some time to reshape it into a full-fledged product but it's pretty impressive now.

“better than paper work orders”
Pros
It's definitely miles ahead of paper work orders. The workflow for adding parts, jotting notes, capturing signatures and keeping everything organized is a lot more organized.
Cons
Sometimes feels like a catch-all tool in an ecosystem where every business runs a little differently. Some organizations probably find it fits perfectly but for a specialized service department that's essentially a smaller unit inside a larger company, it can end up creating extra headaches instead of solving problems. Salesforce tends to work really well for sales reps and account managers but the technician side doesn't always line up as nicely.

“useful features with minor friction”
Pros
There are plenty of different, genuinely helpful features packed into this product which makes it feel versatile for different needs.
Cons
A few of the features don't feel as user-friendly as I would expect so it can take a bit of extra effort to get the hang of them.

“speed needs improvement”
Pros
I can really get to know the customer on a deeper level with this service which makes interactions feel more personal and designed.
Cons
That said, there are quite a few service errors and the whole thing can get painfully slow at times.

“All-in-one CRM”
Pros
Everything I need in a CRM is all in one place which makes the workflow feel pretty organized. It also doesn't surprise me that they've had a lot of success with this product, clearly it covers the essentials and then some.
Cons
There are almost too many features. Getting the hang of where everything lives took a bit of time, mainly because it's packed with options.

“convenient to use”
Pros
Really enjoying the Outlook plug-in-email tracking tied to each client profile is a lot more easy than before. It's made staying organized and following up much easier for my workflow.
Cons
It feels like it's mainly geared toward larger companies that can justify the expense. If you're a smaller business running on a tighter budget, the cost might outweigh the value given the smaller scale.

“enhanced our productivity!”
Pros
The tool's flexibility on the design side is a big win. You get a lot more room to shape your apps and that extra control really translates into a better user experience.
Cons
No cons from me!!
