The workflow can be tailored to your preferences and you're able to create your own forms and templates instead of relying only on standard ones. There's also a convenient access management module and you can set up staged workflows with different actions depending on the process you need.

Cons

Where it falls short is reporting especially for operational staff because there isn't really a proper reporting application available for them. On top of that, it doesn't provide a suitable area for managing safety impact risk assessments in a way that aligns with aviation regulations.

Right away the platform felt user-friendly which made handling quality processes and compliance work much more manageable. The customization options were another big plus since I could adapt the system to fit my organization's specific requirements. Overall, it really helped us organize our quality control efforts in an effective way.

Cons

Setup took a bit of time because there was an initial learning curve. Even though the platform is user-friendly overall, I still needed some adjustment time to fully understand all of the features and customization capabilities. Once that clicked though, the value it provided easily outweighed that minor inconvenience.
