“Confusing dashboard reports

Pros

I really appreciate how simple the administrative interface is, it lets me quickly run a range of reports, enroll students and keep track of each student's progress without jumping through hoops, my teachers have repeatedly told me that they find this product far more easy to use than other systems we've tried which has helped with adoption. The gradebook comes with numerous customizable settings that I can turn on or off as needed and Agilix ships with a wide variety of canned reports while also giving me the flexibility to design custom reports when I want to pull specific data.

Cons

We find the dashboard reports ineffective. The platform displays a pie chart combining failing grades and student inactivity, which would be clearer if shown separately. Some settings aren't simple and need guidance from technical support.

“Easy to navigate tool

Pros

Interface really easy to navigate from both the parent's and the student's point of view and the admin side is equally simple to manage and pick up quickly, so our team was able to import all of our student accounts into the platform in a surprisingly short span, enroll them into courses and have them up and running almost immediately. This tool also provides useful high-level analytics within the admin app, where I can see overall student achievement displayed in a pie chart and access color-coded indicators that highlight teacher impact which makes monitoring progress much clearer.

Cons

Using the admin account, several canned reports are available, but I think some are limiting and confusing. It's easy to track an individual student's pacing and grades, yet gathering the same information for all students becomes challenging.

“Simple for page editing

Pros

Okay so... I find this tool really easy to navigate and easy to edit for regular pages, so routine updates are simple to perform.

Cons

Editing custom activities in this tool feels more difficult for me.
