“I am convinced by Didask

Pros

I really appreciated their clean design choices, backed by cognitive science. They didn't make empty promises and I liked how they seriously considered our suggestions for product improvements.

Cons

I feel that they do not yet provide all the functionalities that other LMS platforms already have. For example, I miss having more types of questions to make my training modules varied and I currently need to use another authoring tool to compensate for this.

“Innovative and Interactive E Learning

Pros

The educational approach stood out to me because it was goal driven and focused on memory retention. It made our e learning interactive and engaging, avoiding the usual boring video sequences followed by repetitive quizzes. The support was remarkable, from finding the right commercial solution at the start to guiding us through implementation and completion. The Didask team was always responsive, solving technical issues quickly, adapting the tool to our needs and even suggesting alternative solutions.

Cons

There are two improvement points that matter for my learners. Since this tool is very text oriented, it can be difficult for those who struggle with reading or with the French language. Adding automatic audio alongside the text would make learning more inclusive. I also think it would be great to have more interactive and animated tools built directly into Didask, instead of relying on third party apps.

Pros

Didask let us integrate short, customizable e learning modules into our training paths. It improved knowledge retention, raised awareness on key concepts and validated learners progress. The image library and storytelling features made the learning more fun and easier to design. The Didask team provided excellent guidance, with a dedicated contact who was always available. I appreciated how committed they were to improving the tool and listening to feedback. Their focus on teaching and learner experience gave us confidence in the platform's ability to adapt to future challenges.

Cons

For me, it takes a bit of time to get familiar with the tool. Especially to learn how to structure modules properly around relevant mistakes and write the right types of questions, answers and feedback. I appreciate that the team is always there to support me and guide me in this process which makes it easier. Once I got used to the structure, writing the actual questions became much simpler. I also found the interface smooth to work with.

Pros

I like having the freedom to personalize training content with a wide range of features, formats and exercises. It gave me a lot of flexibility to create something that really matched our needs.

Cons

The onboarding process requires some time and exploration, since I needed to search on my own to understand certain features and their purpose before being fully comfortable with the platform.

Pros

Using this tool feels simple for me and I can manage tasks quickly as an administrator. The design and the different options help me focus on the main message which is guiding learners toward the right behavior.

Cons

The cost feels quite high, especially for smaller organizations or associations like us. I think since the platform is still evolving, some features available on larger e learning platforms are not yet present.
