As someone who uses it regularly, I find it an excellent platform for distributing notes, classwork, homework and assignment materials to students or colleagues since it allows me to establish distinct groups per subject while enabling submissions to be both graded and annotated online and it keeps all documents neatly classified under their respective groups.

There really aren't many drawbacks for me as a student, although I do think the user interface is somewhat overly minimalistic and could benefit from further visual and interaction improvements moving forward.

One aspect I like is that I don't need to register for a separate account because I can sign in with my Gmail credentials and this alignes setup, moreover I'm able to share content in multiple formats and arrange virtual meetings that can actually take place online while classes, notes and assignments remain accessible from any device I use, it enables me to assign tasks selectively to specific people and best of all it costs me nothing.

However, I am frustrated that the activity feed does not refresh on its own, so I have to update it manually each time, this extra step interrupts my workflow and can become a substantial inconvenience when timely updates are important.
