Appreciate how it clearly shows which trainings are required and tracks my progress perfectly. Being able to pause and resume sessions later is really convenient. The interface is userfriendly and well managed with plenty of helpful features that make browsing smooth. Whenever I need to complete coursework, this is my go-to platform. Customer support seems nice though I haven't needed to contact them yet. Integration with our HR systems was not hard at all.

The training questions can be pretty challenging, though that's not really the platform's fault.
