“Simple video creation for patrons

Pros

The thing I like is that it is very simple to find and create videos for our patrons and our staff. It saves me a lot of time and makes my daily work much easier.

Cons

Since becoming an admin, it's been very difficult to figure out how to assign training videos to my staff members.

As a new librarian, I truly appreciate the high quality of Niche Academy's offerings. The trainings and webinars are always consistent and up to date.

Cons

There isn't anything I dislike about this software, it's free for me and I feel there's no reason to complain.

Pros

I like that each training is easy to follow and doesn't take too long to complete. It's also great that there are so many different topics to choose from.

Cons

I wish the content were organized into clear topic groups to make everything easier to find and navigate.

What I really enjoy is having the ability to build my own training courses whenever I need to.

Cons

For me exploring, sharing and using the marketplace feels limited, especially outside of creating my own modules.

This software is really easy for me to use and I like the wide variety of trainings that are available.

Cons

There truly isn't anything I like the least. My experience has been smooth and hassle free.

I find the courses to be very easy and simple for me to both understand and finish which has made learning a smooth and enjoyable experience without any stress or confusion.

So far, I really haven't had any negative experiences while using this platform.

“Enjoyable visuals in webinars

Pros

One thing I find perfect for me is the design of the webinar squares with the different pictures. I know it might sound silly but the visuals make it more enjoyable for me.

Cons

I had an incident where a class froze halfway through and even after trying three more times, it still wouldn't play which was really disappointing.
