“clean modern interface”
Pros
Coming from Sage the first thing that stood out was how much cleaner and more modern Flowlens looks. The system feels far more appealing to use and has a much fresher interface overall.
Cons
Because the platform is still fairly new some areas are not as advanced as more established systems yet. That said, it's being updated continuously and has improved a lot even over the past 6 months so it definitely feels like it's heading in the right direction.

“Fantastic reporting”
Pros
Entering details is a simple process and the desktop view gives a clear picture of where we are at. The reporting is fantastic and the system is quick to use overall.
Cons
Like anything else cost is always a factor and Flowlens is modular and flexible which makes it affordable for what it offers.

“adaptable fit for our workflow”
Pros
After more than 10 years in this industry, having everything together in one system has been a huge plus. We can schedule employees for jobs without creating conflicts with our events and shows and we also manage inbound and outbound trucks for those shows from the same place. That cuts down on waste and helps keep everyone aligned. On the inventory side, when assets come in, I can assign asset numbers and update product details like weight and other important information. It also stores customer information for show orders and sales leads and project access gives us full details in one place. On top of that we can create purchase orders and assign assets to them which helps us provide customers with accurate, real time pricing.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind. This has easily been the best software I've used for tailoring to CRM and ERP business needs.
