“valuable analytics”
Pros
It gave us a clear visual view of both our marketing and sales analytics and showed how they lined up in terms of numbers and expectations. That brought a lot of useful insight to our team while we were using it.
Cons
Getting started can be tough if your resources and data aren't already organized and accessible enough to pull into the platform from the beginning.

“outdated interface and rigid setup”
Pros
A useful admin feature is being able to cap how many emails a contact receives within a set period. Subject line testing is also available and the flow tools offer a bit of flexibility, even if that flexibility only goes so far. That said, we honestly regret switching to it. It didn't live up to what we expected from Adobe especially since our experience with other Adobe products had been much better.
Cons
A big frustration is that the customer success team doesn't actually use the platform which makes it hard to trust them to guide customers properly. The interface feels outdated, the platform is rigid and it's far too complex to be truly useful when teams are being asked to accomplish more with fewer resources. Also the Salesforce integration can't be customized directly in the platform, whether that's controlling how data moves or deciding which records get updated and competing products have offered that kind of flexibility for years.

“Improves engagement”
Pros
From audience targeting to personalized messaging, this platform does a really good job of improving engagement. The real-time performance reporting is especially useful because it lets us adjust campaigns while they're still running instead of waiting until the end. It also handles email marketing well and connects nicely with other channels which makes campaign management much more efficient. Another plus is that it works for both smaller teams and larger businesses thanks to its wide range of integrations. The interface feels accessible overall and there's plenty of training material and support documentation available to help users get up to speed.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost since the base price is already high and some advanced capabilities can mean extra charges on top of that. It also takes time to learn properly and the implementation process can be fairly demanding. A certain level of technical knowledge is needed especially when dealing with integrations which are not always easy. On top of that, the template selection and some feature customization options feel a bit limited. Customer support can help but the quality and response time seem inconsistent depending on the issue.
