“simple setup and plenty of options
Pros
Right away the user-friendly feel stood out along with the wide range of options it gives me to work with. Getting the plugin downloaded and added to my website was very simple and the setup process felt quick and hassle-free from the start.
Cons
No real downsides worth mentioning have come up. So far, my experience has been positive and I definitely plan to keep using it.

“Clean popups and helpful support
Pros
Quick and easy to use while still providing a clean, effective way to connect with customers. I've found it genuinely impactful for engagement and the whole experience has been very user-friendly from the start. On top of that, whenever I've needed help, the support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful sorting out any issues I ran into without making it a hassle.
Cons
The only real downside noticed is that during our busiest period especially in the lead-up to Christmas, we come a little too close to hitting the monthly limit for comfort. Aside from that concern, my overall experience with it has been positive from every angle.

“smooth squarespace fit
Pros
The smooth connection with Squarespace was the best part especially since that kind of integration has not always gone this well for me with other tools. I found it genuinely helpful and the whole setup felt smooth from the start.
Cons
So far no downsides with Poptin have appeared. Everything has been working really well for me from the integration process to actually understanding how to use it and I have found it very simple to work with overall.

“Real-time engagement makes it fun
Pros
Seeing people engage on my site in real time makes it genuinely fun to use. Seeing that activity makes the whole experience more exciting and I've noticed people are genuinely signing up for my mailing list because of it. That kind of visible interaction makes the tool feel worthwhile and rewarding to keep using.
Cons
One issue encountered is that some contacts got mixed into the wrong form. I'm not completely sure what caused it but I honestly think it may have been something I set up incorrectly since I haven't had any other problems with the platform.

Very simple to install and get up and running from the beginning.. Poptin already came with some really cool features. It has saved me a lot of time when working on my marketing campaigns which is a big plus for me.
Cons
A one-click full setup option would still be a useful addition. I feel that kind of feature would be especially helpful for developers and could save even more time during implementation.
