The dashboard is clean and tracking campaigns is easy even without any technical background. Overall it lets me spend more time on strategy and less on repetitive work.

Cons

Because the platform offers a lot of features, it can feel a little overwhelming at the beginning especially if you're not familiar with outreach tools. The onboarding could also be more guided so new users can start seeing value faster. The analytics are amazing but I'd still like to see more advanced options for people who want deeper insights and breakdowns. None of these are major issues but improving them would make the overall experience even better.
