“We love A2X
Pros
It saves e-commerce business owners both time and money by helping to get their e-commerce accounting right.
Cons
There are a few minor marketplaces it does not integrate with but this has not been a major issue for us and we did not really expect A2X to cover them all.

“A must have for Amazon sellers!
Pros
A2X software simplifies reporting my Amazon sales and is a real timesaver. I find A2X's reports much easier to understand than Amazon's and it gives me confidence that my Amazon accounts are accurate in Xero.
Cons
Setting it up can be a bit tricky due to the different tax settings across various Amazon marketplaces. Thankfully, A2X's customer support is excellent and I was able to get started quickly.

Pros
It integrates with Xero and provides the perfect solution for streamlining and automating my accounting entries which eliminates the need to download and process Excel reports.
Cons
It is not complaint I would love to have an option to track 3PL inventory.

Pros
Getting started with A2X was really quick. It only took a few minutes to link to Amazon and Xero which was faster than I expected.
Cons
It can be pricey if you use multiple marketplaces or need multi-currency options but overall its worth the cost considering the time savings.

Pros
A2X is user friendly and excellent for sales integration. We have been using the app for about 3 to 4 months and it has been a valuable tool for our accounting needs.
Cons

“A2X for Amazon, Shopify & Xero
Pros
Integrating A2X with Amazon, Shopify and Xero was a huge benefit. I also find it really useful that it breaks down costs within each Amazon or Shopify settlement as it shows the applied tax code with the option to easily adjust it if needed.
Cons
It would be nice to include the Amazon monthly inventory feature in the A2X Mini subscription plan.

Pros
Setting up my account was simple and it very much simplified my weekly accounting tasks. By setting a few rules in A2X and Xero, all my orders (both one time and subscription) and refunds for Shopify stores are automatically tracked and logged for my businesss bookkeeping. I am honestly surprised that this is not a standard feature in Xero.
Cons
When there were changes to my banking or Xero I had to adjust my setup in A2X as well.

Pros
We sell on Amazon in multiple currencies across North America, Europe and Australia. A2X helps us bridge the gap with QuickBooks and ensures that everything aligns with journal entries perfectly. Without a doubt it is been a valuable tool for us.
Cons
It can be a bit costly especially with advanced plans that offer unlimited marketplaces and higher order volumes but its worth it for the organization it brings to our accounting processes.
