Cons

Cons

“Exceptional Accounting Software with Unbeatable Features
Pros
It has truly transformed our business! The software is quite easy to use which makes account reconciliation simple. Also it is also very affordable and the customer service is outstanding. We have been very impressed with its accuracy and speed. I highly recommend it!
Cons
The only issue we have had with A2X is occasional difficulty setting up more complex accounts. It took some time and effort to figure out but once we got the hang of it, we have not had any more issues. Overall its been a great experience!

“Essential for Shopify users
Pros
I use A2X to break down all the fees and various components of Shopify payouts. It then integrates pretty smoothly into Xero, our chosen cloud based accounting software. Before we struggled to figure everything out in Shopify which was quite a hassle. A2X helps us understand the aggregate data and is indispensable.
Cons
The website can be a bit slow to navigate. Well it is not a major problem but its not as intuitive as it could be. However, its fairly basic so it only takes a few clicks to find what you need and its hard to get lost for long.

Pros
Getting the hang of the software was difficult at first but once I reached out to customer service, they guided me through every step. From that day till this day I have not faced trouble again of any sort.
Cons
Setting up with QuickBooks was a bit difficult. It was hard to determine which accounts to use. While most of the data matched not all of it did.

With just a simple click the process is complete. The integration is almost flawless and it can code transactions which makes bookkeeping easy for us.
Cons
I think its a bit pricey for what it offers but it saves me time, so I am satisfied with that.

“Amazing software, the most disorganised customer service and onboarding ever experienced
Pros
A2X software seems to have anticipated and addressed every possible concern I might have. Everything I needed was well thought out and included.
Cons
A2X onboarding process has been very frustrating. Getting answers to simple questions has taken days or even a week. The instructional videos are hard to follow and support calls are often outside my time zone. I even had to cut my Mothers Day lunch short for an online meeting that was canceled just as I was about to join. The support reps often give conflicting instructions. The onboarding has dragged on for weeks and delayed our bank reconciliations and government reporting because we cannot finalize the setup.

Pros
I recommend this app to anyone looking to automate their accounting workflows. I use A2X for both my Amazon and Shopify transactions and it is been running smoothly in the background for over a year without any problems.
Cons
Amazon and Shopify are separate accounts so occasionally I need to switch between them, but its only a minor hassle.

Pros
It turns a task that used to take hours into just a few minutes, even when I have to update the mappings due to new lines being added to our Amazon shop. It makes my month-end reporting much easier and more timely! The customer service is also excellent. I had some trouble setting up the mapping and since the online help could not resolve it they arranged a one on one video call to walk me through everything.
Cons
Setting up the mappings took a lot of time but it was worth investing that time to get it right.

Pros
A2X support has been very helpful in linking our Shopify stores to Xero. The process has been smooth and when issues have arisen which has been rare the support has been quick. Thanks to A2X customer support team!
Cons
Well this is not a dislike but rather a feature request from our side. It would be helpful if we could manually set fees within A2X for non standard payment gateways and have those costs reflected in Xero.

The integration with Shopify and Xero has been great. It has simplified things for me and my accountants. For a micro business, it is a bit pricey but the time saved makes it worth it.
Cons
For a micro business like mine with few weekly sales, a lower price tier might be more beneficial.
