AccountsPortal is incredibly easy to use. Also with it I can create quotes, convert them to invoices and track how my month or week is progressing.

Cons

I do not have any complaints as everything works smoothly for me. AccountsPortal is perfect.

Pros

Its ability to customize invoicing templates is the best. Moreover importing bank statements makes reconciliation very simple.

Cons

My default payment terms are 7 days net. While I can state these terms on invoices, I cannot customize the pay period breakdowns on the statements to match those terms.

Pros

Its simple to set up, customize and use for my daily needs. Customer support has always been excellent whenever I needed help.

Cons

There are a few small issues that would make life simpler when manually entering expenses, like remembering the correct category from previous entries. For example noting that payments to specific people are for salaries. Its a minor thing but it can be time consuming.
