Easy to install in small and medium sized companies. In addition it offers better managing invoices, budgets and orders.

Cons

Accurants interface is too simple which shows that its functions are limited compared to other products. Furthermore their complaints department does not exist.

Pros

Accurants gives you a free trial which is great for testing out the features before making a decision to buy. If you decide to go ahead let me tell you that their pricing is quite reasonable. Also the platform includes several features like general accounting and invoicing. These features work well though it might depend on the country you are in.

Cons

Accurants seems more designed for U.S based accounting so we found it difficult to make the platform work for our needs in another country. Their customer service was helpful but we had to reach out to them several times due to bugs and glitches during the free trial. In the end we chose to go with a different platform.

Pros

I use this software every day and my clients also use it to approve estimates. Well it is become a integral part of my business! It definitely looks more professional compared to sending something like a Word document that you made yourself.

I have no complaints, Also I come to know tha the Complaint Dept is officially CLOSED!

Accurants customer service was really good. Our representative responded to all our questions and requests quickly and he did everything he could to meet our needs.

There were a few issues with the program like some things did not work quite as they should. But once I contacted our representative about the issues, he responded quickly and worked to resolve the problems right away.

Pros

There are multiple invoicing and payment options which makes things easier. Accurants simplifies invoicing and allows for customization. Purchase orders and estimates are also easy to manage. Entering both helped my clients track their costs properly. Also Accurants software is very user friendly as I felt comfortable creating invoices and handling payments within just a few minutes of use.

Cons

While the software is easy to use it could benefit from a clearer guide on how all the functions are connected. Instead of just having instructions for each feature, an A-to-Z guide would be more helpful.
