Having real-time clear visibility into the status of every engagement has helped us cut down on both time and costs.
Cons
Somethig that's missing is the option to customize how often the engagement status emails are sent.

“intuitive feedback for clients”
Pros
Using it feels very easy and it lets us give clients instant feedback or ask questions in a much more informal and convenient way than having to draft an email or make a call.
Cons
Can't think of any downsides for now. It is an excellent product and the only suggestion I would make is to expand it for use in any business that works from a client assistance list rather than keeping it limited to audit.

Pros
Managing client requests feels much more smooth with this workflow process. It does a really good job of keeping PBCs received from clients organized and stored securely.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. The software does what it's supposed to do and keeps the workflow running without issues.

“intuitive setup and responsive support”
Pros
After comparing quite a few options, AuditDashboard ended up being the one that impressed us most. The application is intuitive, straightforward and didn't take long to get configured and up and running.
Cons
Another product we considered offered live chat support but after six months with this we really haven't needed it. We've only run into one or two questions and their support team replied so quickly it practically felt like live chat anyway.
