We have one client who frequently complains about the platform mentioning it's not easy to use. The audit is still in progress so we'll see if the complaints continue.

Clients find it simple to use and to sort their files within the different sections of the portal. It's welcoming and the back-and-forth for questions or pending items through the portal is smooth.

Cons

It would be helpful to move a file if it was added to the wrong section. Clients sometimes ask for access to the prior year's portal and we have to manually reopen it for them.

It provides alerts and shows the status of each job. The help desk is reliable.

Moving from one requested document to the next isn't very smooth. I wish we could just use the up and down arrow keys to jump between items.

Pros

One of the best things is how clean the layout is. The portal's system for organizing files is outstanding. It allows for effortless teamwork by giving everyone a single, shared space for all audit-related documents. I'd strongly suggest it to any company wanting to improve their audit workflow and get more done.

A calendar and to-do list feature could be added. The options for audit firms to add their own branding could be better.
