Pros
Both our team and our clients can use it without any trouble and it has made every stage of the audit process more efficient from planning and fieldwork to the final review. Rolling forward request lists is also much faster now so clients get access sooner and start uploading documents earlier. Because of that we try to use it on as many audits as we can.
Cons
Can't think of any downsides. Whenever something does come up our customer support rep responds quickly and gets it addressed.

Pros
It has been a very practical tool for our team giving everyone involved in the engagement a clear way to follow the progress of client requests. The setup went well including a trial run before we fully rolled it out which made the transition much more comfortable. Our team has mentioned many times how much they appreciate the fast response times from them especially compared with the older system we used before. We've also really valued that they took several of our suggestions on board and actually developed and established them.
Cons
One drawback is that the weekly status email notifications can become repetitive so both clients and staff sometimes end up overlooking them.

The Engagement Module matches our business use case really well. Clients have given very positive feedback about the product and from a user perspective it was very easy to understand.
Cons
One challenge with this software is making sure clients are trained well enough. Adding a dedicated training module for clients would be a valuable improvement.

Having a structured way to manage client request items has been really valuable. It keeps things organized and has been helpful for both our staff and our clients.
Cons
More flexibility around dashboard permissions would make a big difference especially when it comes to deciding who can access what and making bulk changes. It would also help to restrict only client-side users without affecting the professional staff side. I'd also appreciate options to sort by completion percentage or better track workflow within the system since the snapshots are useful but don't always give enough detail. Along with that it would be helpful if snapshot emails could include comments left in each dashboard or at least the number of comments or notes a client has added.

Using this site has been very easy whether I'm adding an engagement setting up a client or professional user or managing requests by adding and deleting them. The option to categorize requests by reference works really well and being able to add comments is useful too.
Cons
One thing that's missing is a notification when a client uploads extra information to a request after the original submission so those updates can be easy to miss.

It makes it simple to send requests, keep track of them and gives clients a secure place to drag and drop the files we need. One possible downside is that some clients may not appreciate the repeated reminders about overdue items.

Cons
