“Excellent tool with setup hurdles

Pros

I find this platform very easy to use. It's really simple to use and my team got comfortable with it after some time. Once we got everything set up, the tools were exactly what we needed. It helped us achieve better financial wellness for everyone.

Cons

Getting started was honestly a nightmare. The entire onboarding process was chaotic and communication was all over the place, timelines kept shifting and no one seemed to know what was happening. They eventually fixed things after we complained a lot but those first few months were incredibly frustrating and stressful for me and the whole team.

The investment options here are great and super affordable. I love how customizable everything is if you want to build your own portfolio. There are also pre-built options if that's more your style. Since we started using this, a lot more employees are actually saving for retirement and they're saving more too. We've been able to reduce costs for the business and lower expense ratios for our team.

I haven't spotted any real issues after using it for over a year now.

I think, the payroll system needs a lot of manual fixes when things go wrong. The chatbot isn't helpful at all and it doesn't really solve anything.
