Pros
The option to track from lead to sale is invaluable for my sales team. BizAutomation's management of relationships is clever and extremely useful for our business model.
Cons
It's hard for me to find something I dislike. There weren't many video tutorials initially, but they have made significant improvements in that area. There are multiple ways to reach the same destination, so it can be a bit confusing at first, but that confusion doesn't last long.

“Moving to BizAutomation from QuickBooks Enterprise was a leap of faith necessary for growth!”
Pros
Without a doubt, the best feature of this software is the attention we received from the company's actual employees, including some enhancements to the source code. This level of support and involvement would never happen at a big software company. We knew we needed to move away from QuickBooks, but couldn't afford the bigger players in the market, so we took a leap of faith based on the potential we saw in BizAutomation. Like any software implementation, we faced some challenges, but we genuinely appreciate the company's willingness to listen to our needs and make improvements and modifications based on our business practices. We firmly believe that BizAutomation is the right system to provide the organizational structure, information, and access we need for our company to continue growing.
Cons
The company is small and doesn't provide 24/7 customer support. However, they are highly accessible and willing to assist even during off-hours.

Pros
I am amazed by its capability to handle every aspect. It covers all departments very well.
Cons
There isn't much to mention, except that since it's cloud-based, we can't log in if we lose our internet connection.
