Pros

As a software suite, I like its all-inclusive nature. The fact that they offer a single complete version and pledge not to provide competing versions meant a lot to us.

Cons

The documentation could be improved a bit more, but I understand why they are focusing more on support and implementation. Quality support is more valuable to me than a 24/7 helpdesk with less knowledgeable staff.

Our Biz team put in a lot of effort to understand the diverse needs of our international company with multiple warehouse locations. We successfully integrated a stock transfer program that wasn't initially part of the software but works great for us and our customers.

Cons

Whenever we noticed something missing or had ideas for improvements specific to our business, we discussed it with the Biz Team. They collaborated with us to find solutions.

A Good Solution for Small Business
Pros

For a small organization like ours, this CRM is suitable because it allows us to keep everything in one place and manage everything with a single platform. Since most of our requirements are available in one place, integration became easy. With this CRM, we can handle the majority of tasks related to accounting, sales, inventory management and view reports.

Cons

The interface feels a bit old-fashioned and can be complex compared to modern software. It could benefit from a cleaner design like many other software options available nowadays.

Comprehensive solution from a Small-Tech ERP company
Pros

The flexibility during the implementation process is what impressed me the most. I've had major complaints with other Big-Tech ERP systems (no names to protect the guilty) where everything becomes even more expensive after the contract is signed. This situation is quite annoying for the customers, but thankfully that's not the case here.

Cons

Like any powerful solution, it takes time to fully grasp the details of the suite. However, the rewards are definitely worth it.

Small Software Packing a Big Punch
Pros

The configurator is hands down the best feature. Our product line and ordering procedure are quite complex, but the good thing is that BizAutomation's configurator is capable of handling the 21 trillion different combinations.

Cons

I noticed a lack of documentation, installation manuals or training materials.

Two aspects that really stand out when working with BizAutomation are its versatility and adaptability to specific businesses. Additionally, Carl, the founder, provides exceptional customer service. BizAutomation goes above and beyond for potential customers doing the best they can. Carl aims to partner and offer the best product to help everyone grow and succeed.

Cons

BizAutomation focuses on long-term partnerships and is open to improving and expanding their product to meet the needs of new and existing clients which is great. So no complaints.

Cons

I can't think of anything bad. But unfortunately, our business had to downsize, so we switched to QuickBooks.

Everything you need in one place
Pros

The software has a clean and easy-to-read interface, and the navigation is self-explanatory. The features and modules are not complicated and get the job done. The customer service is excellent, and there's always someone available to help fix or change anything if needed.

Cons

It would be great to have a mobile app. Occasionally, the program experiences a few minutes of slowness, but it quickly returns to normal.

Impressive Software That's Actually Affordable for Small Businesses
Pros

After looking at and using several systems from larger, more well-known software companies, I found that BizAutomation, despite being smaller in size, was just as capable in delivering the same features based on the demos they provided. I was highly impressed with what they could offer compared to the larger vendors. While I'm sure those companies have their own unique features, BizAutomation had features that the competitors couldn't match. It fulfilled all our requirements at a significantly lower cost, and their customer service is unparalleled. I'm truly impressed with both their product and service!

Cons

I don't have anything negative to say, really. If I had to be nitpicky, I could mention a day when we experienced some performance slowness for a few hours, but the issues was quickly resolved and we never encountered it again. I inquired about it and was informed that they actively monitor hardware saturation and upgrade as needed, which makes sense.

Pros

I love that it's a complete integrated business system which eliminates the need to worry about integrating different software packages or dealing with multiple support organizations for various issues. The support they provide is exceptional and the staff is highly knowledgeable.

Cons

During the implementation process, it posed a challenge to convert all our data (which consisted of 1700 different items) to fit into the BizAutomation format. Once we managed to accomplish that, the rest of the process was relatively simple.

Pros

This software is quite comprehensive and user-friendly, covering all aspects of our business. I use it for sales, client communication, administration and accounting details. We were able to customize it to perfectly fit our specific needs. The email feature within the client profile is fantastic for tracking emailed information. There are so many great aspects to it.

Cons

I had to get used to the pop-ups and the presence of multiple fields for the same information. This was something that took a bit of my time but in the end, it was all worth it.

Pros

The visible user interface is highly customizable, which is great. They provide a complete suite that allows us to handle everything from sales to manufacturing to shipment within a single system. The team at BizAutomation has been the key in developing custom solutions for our unique problems.

Cons

While there isn't a large amount of user documentation, the developers have a deep knowledge of the system and have always been responsive whenever we reached out for assistance. The built-in eCommerce platform may not be as robust as Magento or Shopify, but in the five months we have been using it, significant improvements have been made across the entire system and continue to be made.

Perfect Solution for an SMB. Has the right features and functions with the right price!
Pros

The user interface is modern and visually appealing, accompanied by a customizable dashboard. It excels in accounting, inventory control, e-commerce and has a decent CRM. This solution is perfect for SMBs who find themselves in a middle ground - either they are outgrowing their current QuickBooks integrated with multiple other software solutions and need something similar to an ERP, or they have an ERP that is excessive for their current needs and comes with a high price tag. BizAutomation is the ideal choice for those caught in between!

Cons

The software is relatively young and still in the process of maturing, so I anticipate that these "least" comments will be addressed in the near future. If you have any proprietary software or other platforms that need integration, chances are it hasn't been done yet. However, customization is available at a reasonable cost. Reporting is not their strongest suit, but I have been informed that they are working on an upgrade. It may not be suitable for businesses with subsidiaries, although that functionality is being added as well.

I'm impressed by how comprehensive BizAutomation is. We were able to consolidate multiple expensive systems into a single system.

Cons

Initially, I had to rely heavily on support, as there wasn't a large amount of video resources available. However, things have changed since then. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonably easy the implementation turned out to be.

Biz is software for regular people!
Pros

The option to track from lead to sale is invaluable for my sales team. BizAutomation's management of relationships is clever and extremely useful for our business model.

Cons

It's hard for me to find something I dislike. There weren't many video tutorials initially, but they have made significant improvements in that area. There are multiple ways to reach the same destination, so it can be a bit confusing at first, but that confusion doesn't last long.

Moving to BizAutomation from QuickBooks Enterprise was a leap of faith necessary for growth!
Pros

Without a doubt, the best feature of this software is the attention we received from the company's actual employees, including some enhancements to the source code. This level of support and involvement would never happen at a big software company. We knew we needed to move away from QuickBooks, but couldn't afford the bigger players in the market, so we took a leap of faith based on the potential we saw in BizAutomation. Like any software implementation, we faced some challenges, but we genuinely appreciate the company's willingness to listen to our needs and make improvements and modifications based on our business practices. We firmly believe that BizAutomation is the right system to provide the organizational structure, information, and access we need for our company to continue growing.

Cons

The company is small and doesn't provide 24/7 customer support. However, they are highly accessible and willing to assist even during off-hours.
